British born singer CHIOMAH IGWEH-OGUNFUWA aka Chicutie was born in South West, London. Chicutie has always had a passion for music from a very young age. She started singing professionally at the age of 15, but initially was inspired by her mother who encouraged her to start writing her own lyrics at the age of 14.

Chicutie’s first single was titled “COCKYNESS” in JUNE 2011. She performed at various private functions, and her first live stage performance was for a 2000 capacity audience for the successful comedy show CRACK YA RIBS in 2011 which took place at the Light House Hall, Camberwell, London. In October 2011, she appeared on BEN TV on the “Magazine show” to celebrate Nigeria 51st Independence Day 2011. Her 16th birthday bash celebration was televised on “WhatsDaHype” a Nigerian music show also on BEN TV in October 2011.
This year she has performed at the Destination Africa concert (DNA) in April at the Coronet in Elephant and Castle, London. She performed alongside artists such as Wande Coal, Lola Rae, Dammy Krane, Ajebutter22 and the upcoming artists BoJ and DRB
She also showcased at the Afro Model Awards an African fashion and modeling event which took place at the prestigious Monarch Hall of Hilton Metropole Hotel, Edgware Road, London on the 26th of May.
